Review of past minutes – Three errors or admissions were found (bottom should be top, 5 Sundays should read 5th Sunday and “them” in the meeting). These will be corrected by the Webmaster.

Reports
Treasury Report for August:
Robin was not able to log in to PayPal due to logins on different computers. He will contact Ruth to help him sort that out. Robin will forward the report when he regains access.
Web Couple:
Web Couple will update the printable script and the online script. They will correct the minutes of the July business meeting and update the announcements page.
Secretary Couple:
Shawna will send some alterations to the announcements and send it to Secretaries and Web couple. In addition they will change the Service descriptions (see below). Secretary – requests to the secretary couples often go into the spam file.
Contect List Couple:
We are working to send the monthly alphabetical Contact list for August and have come across some technical issues with mail chimp. I am in dialogue with Ruth irw Debbie to find a suitable time to resolve these issues. We appreciate everyone’s patience in the meantime.
Old Business
Delegate couple
Dave and Agnes need to be voted in as delegate couple for the 2025 convention. Dave will register them with WSO and the Treasurer will forward them $400 for travel costs and expenses for the Delegate couple (Ref: in BM of July 28 2024 – $400 – approved).

New Business
The Trailblazer service commitment is for 1 year. This might block couples from being able to do service. A discussion took place and it was put to motion that the Business Lead position and the Welcome Couple position would be shortened to 3 months, starting at the next rotation at the end of October.
