Reports
Treasury Report for August:
Treasury Couple continues to have issues with PayPal, so there was no report. Donna will reach out to Ruth for attention to this matter, providing details of the issues. Two months of treasury reports will be forthcoming once we have access again.
Secretary Couple:
Shawna and Gunter will be rotating out of the Secretary Couple position in October.
Contact List Couple:
The next contact list is due in October. Amreeta is reformatting the list so that the contact information on each individual in the coupleship is positioned right next to each other.
Old Business
Literature – Shawna reported that she ordered 20 RCA Welcome Packets to be shipped. She paid for 20 packets only to hear 3 days later that they only had 10 copies. She found out that the rest could be sent 2 weeks later or we could opt to cancel the remaining packets. Shawna suggested that she would like to cancel the rest of the order and ask for a refund. Robin irw Donna motioned to approve/2nd Amreeta.

New Business
Service Commitments – The Trailblazer service commitments that rotate in October are Welcome Couple, Business Meeting Lead Couple and Treasury Couple. Treasury Couple agreed to stay in the same position for another cycle.
Group Inventory Meeting – The 5th Sunday in November was approved in July to be a group inventory meeting. Robin irw Donna have agreed to chair the Group Inventory Meeting. It was suggested that we add an announcement about the meeting and an explanation of the purpose of an inventory meeting inviting all to participate. It was also suggested that the option would still be available for participants to share off topic if there is a burning desire to do so and/or to break out into a subgroup if there are newcomers at the meeting that day.
